Windows event was broadcasted live yesterday at 11.00 am EST time as was scheduled.

Introducing Windows  11.

Windows 11 was officially announced at yesterday (24th July 2021)  in Microsoft event at 11.00 am EST time by the Microsoft Chief Product Officer Panos Panay and his team. 

It have many new Features . they are,

• Rounded window corners.
• New centered taskbar.
• New fresh looking start.
• New meeting features.
• New Microsoft Store.
• 40% smaller Updates.
• Quick start from sleep.
• Auto HDR.
• Widgets .
• Direct X 12 Ultimate.
• Android apps on windows. 
• And many more...

System Requirements are:- 

• Processor - a compatible 64- bit processor or System on a Chip ( SoC )
• Memory - 4 GB RAM
• Storage - 64 GB or larger storage device
• System firmware - UEFI, Secure Boot capable
• TPM - Trusted Platform Module (TPM) version 2.0
• Graphics card -  DirectX 12 compatible graphics / WDDM 2.x
• Display - >9" with HD Resolution (720p)
• Internet connection - Microsoft account and internet connectivity required for setup for windows 11 Home.

Certain features require specific hardware, see detailed system requirements.

But yet windows 11 is not available to download . because they need to finalize some things in it.

How to check you are compatible ?

Check for compatibility

Use the PC Health Check app to see if your current PC meets the requirements to run Windows 11. If so, you can get a free upgrade when it rolls out.

DOWNLOAD APP

• Install it and click check now. 
• If it gives a message " This PC can run windows 11" then, you can upgrade when it is available.
• If it says " This PC can't run windows 11" then, upgrade your pc hardware to the required specifications.
